Clinics are held at both the Chelsea and Sutton sites. Treats all soft tissue sarcomas, including retroperitoneal tumours.
Undertakes clinical trials in sarcoma at both sites and patients can be recruited to Phase1/2 development studies at Sutton.

London Sarcoma Service - Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and University College London Hospital
The service treats all bone and soft tissue sarcomas, including retroperitoneal tumours. RNOH and UCLH work together as a joint service. All bone and soft tissue surgery of the limb and trunk takes place at RNOH. Surgery for all soft tissue sarcomas arising in non-limb and trunk sites takes place at UCLH. Clinical and medical oncology takes place at UCLH. There are also specialist facilities and expertise for children and young people with cancer at UCLH. UCLH is a leader in bone and soft tissue Phase I to III clinical trials with an international reputation.

The Royal Marsden and the London Sarcoma Service collaborate with the Royal Brompton Hospital to review and treat patients who may be eligible for thoracic metastectomy.

The Royal Marsden and the London Sarcoma Service provide the specialist service for the whole South East of England. Patients with soft tissue tumours may be referred to either centre, those with bone sarcoma will be referred to the London Sarcoma Service. Full details and treatment pathways are provided by the London & South East Sarcoma Network (LSESN).

OXSARC - The Oxford Sarcoma Service - Churchill Hospital, Oxford
Treats all bone and soft tissue sarcomas. Active in research. Clinics in Reading and Southampton are run by local oncologists associated with the Oxford team.
