Registration - Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless a confirmed corporate order form is received.
Receipt of registration will be acknowledged but entry to the conference is subject to payment being received.
A receipt and booking confirmation will be forwarded for paid registrations.
Substitutes can be accepted up to Monday 13th February 2012 at no extra charge.
Cancellations before 13th February 2012 will attract a £25 administrative charge.
Cancellations on or after 13th February 2012 are not refundable.
Registration at the door must be paid by cheque or cash.

Accommodation
Accommodation at Heythrop Park Conference Centre may be in the Crowne Plaza Hotel or Heythrop Park Hotel, both of which adjoin the Conference venue.
Our agents, Eventfixers, are handling all accommodation bookings. The bed/breakfast rate agreed is £110.00 per night
